Christine started in the serviced office world, opening new centres across the South East and running a sales team of twelve — keeping every centre run to a standard clients could rely on.
A London design & build company headhunted her as Business Development Manager, and for four years she built relationships with the agents, architects, project managers and service providers who make commercial fit-out happen. A larger firm of around 200 staff came calling next — but she found she preferred somewhere she could watch a project, and a relationship, move quickly.
"I don't organise lunches to fill a room. I organise them so the right two people end up sitting next to each other."
That instinct took her to a design & build company spanning Bracknell and London, where one of the directors struck out on his own. Christine built his contact book from scratch and started hosting the networking events that would become her life's work. Fourteen years and hundreds of introductions later, she's still doing exactly that — under her own name since 2024.
